  1. How do I become a member of myStore?

    To be a member of myStore, please click on the REGISTER button on any of myStore pages, and complete the registration form.

  2. How do I activate my registered account?

    After you've submitted your registration form, you'll then receive an account activation email sent to your registered email account. Kindly verify your account with the link sent in the email to activate your registered account.

  3. I did not receive an email for my account activation

    Please check all your folders including your junk / spam box for the activation email. If the activation email is still nowhere to be found, please keep us notify at info@701panduan.com

Login & Password

  1. I cannot login to my account and kept getting "Login Failed" message even I have keyed in correct Username and Password

    This could happen if you have registered your account but have yet to activate or verify your account. If you have lost your activation email, please send us an email at info@701panduan.com. Try to reset your password to make sure you have key in the correct Username and Password. If you continuously having the same issue please notify us through email at info@701panduan.com. We would love to serve you the best we can.

  2. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
    If you've forgotten your password, go to the Login page to reset your current password. Click on I Forgot My Password. Follow the following steps: Step 1: Key in your registered email address in Your Email and click on Reset Password. Step 2: You will be directed to the confirmation page of password reset. An email will be sent to the email account you've registered with your account. Step 3: Check your email account. An email with a reset password link will be sent to you. Click on the link to create your New Password. Step 4: Click on Reset. Your new password has been saved and you can proceed to Login.
  3. How to change my account password?
    You can change your account password anytime for security purposes. It is advisable to change your password at least once a month to secure your account. Step 1: Login to your account at Login page. Step 2: Click on Edit Account and key in your New Password & Confirm New Password. Step 3: Click on Update and the new password is effective.

Profile

  1. How do I change my details?
    It's advisable to change your details especially your contact. Step 1: Login to your account at Login page. Step 2: Click on Edit Account and change your relevant information. Step 3: Click on Update and your latest details will be updated.
  2. How do I change my shipping details?
    It's advisable to update your shipping details in order to not have to key it in whenever you make a purchase. Step 1: Login to your account at Login page. Step 2: Click on Edit Account and change your shipping information. Step 3: Click on Update and your shipping details will be updated.

  1. How can I search the products?
    In Home, you can find product Categories on the left of the page. You can search the products by Categories or by related stores. From time to time, we will enhance on our search function on myStore.
  2. How can I find items sold by a particular seller?
    You can find them under Related Stores or you can actually see them under the related Categories that the store has.

Buying

Checkout

  1. How do I make my purchase?
    Select the items that you wish to buy and then Add to Cart. Then proceed to select your payment method and click Check Out.
  2. What should I do when My Shopping Cart / My Cart is not working?
    If by any chance you came across your Shopping Cart not working, do keep us notify. Call us at 03-27805701 or email us at info@701panduan.com.
  3. My Shopping Cart / My Cart has lost. What should I do to get it back?
    We are sorry that lost items in Shopping Cart will not be able to retrieve back as the cookies might be deleted or it was due to session expired.
  4. How can I make payment?
    You can shop using our iPay88 payment gateway which includes credit card payment, Maybank2U, CIMB Click, Alliance Online, AmOnline, Hong Leong Bank Transfer, RHB, MEPS Cash and MEPS FPX.
  5. What should I expect after my payment has been made successfully?
    You will receive payment confirmation from iPay88 and order confirmation email from myStore. You will receive eVoucher together in the order confirmation email if your purchased item is eVoucher type. You will need to wait for your delivery of goods purchased if your purchased item is Product type. You can always check your order status and order delivery status from your account if you purchase using registered account.
  6. Can I Pay the merchant after I received the goods?
    Sorry, you can't. You'll need to make the full payment when you purchase unless stated otherwise. Please refer to merchant's payment policy stated in their page. Each merchant might have different payment policy.
  7. How long should I expect for the delivery after payment made successfully?
    Please allow at least 14 working days once the payment is received. Our merchant will do their best to deliver your items as soon as possible.
  8. What should I do if the goods that I received is different from the product showing on website?
    Please contact our merchant to make another arrangement in within 24 hours after you've received the delivery. In any cases that you fail to contact our merchant, kindly contact us instead.
  9. Can I get my money back when I think I have been cheated?
    In this case, buyer and seller should come upon a solution in between both parties and if both parties fail to do so, please contact us and we will see how we can solve the problem.
  10. Can I shop as a guest?
    Yes, you can. In order to save your time each time you make a purchase, and you will be able to keep track on all your purchase orders, it would be advisable to register yourself as a user.
