1. GENERAL

We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2. PRE-ORDERING

2.1 Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the item before order.
2.2 Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.

3. ORDER PROCESS

3.1 Please find information from the SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY and Buyer Guide section for guidelines on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.2 The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from myStore.
3.3 For further Terms & Conditions stated for a particular product, please refer as well the Terms & Conditions stated by the merchant.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment can be made by any methods specified in Payment Method section.
4.2 You will be charged once you place the order and agree to pay.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

5.1 Upon receiving your payment, delivery will be arranged by our merchant.
5.2 Shipping & Delivery of goods will be made within 14 working days from the order confirmation date.
5.3 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. Our merchant will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. myStore shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

6. RETURNS AND REFUND

6.1 Goods sold are non-refundable but is exchangeable if by any case merchant is agreeable to the term. Our merchant will be responsible on goods delivery. In any cases where goods are defective, kindly inform our merchant within 24 hours from delivery. If you are not able to contact the merchant, please contact us at info@701panduan.com.

7. PRICING

Our merchants reserve its rights to change their product pricing at any time at its absolute discretion. Pricing as of users purchase will be fixed and no refund or extra charges applied for the difference of price change if there's any.
